Delivery and return

1. Right of return:

• Under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Made-to-order items:

• Please note that made-to-order items (for example items designed to your wishes or with personalised details) cannot be returned.
• Made to order means the item was created specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

3. The return process:

• Send us your return request by e-mail to ifku@ifku.ee, stating the order number and the reason (if needed).
• The item must be sent via a parcel machine to the address we send you in our reply.
• The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, unless the fault is ours (for example the wrong item or a defective one).

4. Refunds:

• The refund is made to the same account the order was paid from, within 14 working days of the returned goods being received and inspected at the latest.
• We deliver across Estonia to Omniva, SmartPOST and DPD parcel machines.
• Collection in Tallinn by arrangement is also possible.

Delivery time:

• Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 working days of the order being confirmed.
• Made-to-order items are produced according to the agreed schedule, but generally take 5–10 working days.
• Delivery to a parcel machine takes on average 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Delivery prices:

• The delivery price depends on the delivery method chosen and is shown at checkout. Delivery within Estonia is free on orders over €70.
