I withdraw from the contract
If the item you bought turned out not to be right, you can withdraw from the purchase. Fill in the form below and we will send you a confirmation and the return address.
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to the item.
- Please note:
- the returned item must be unused and undamaged, with its tags and original packaging;
- leather is a living material and marks easily. Handle the item only as much as is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, roughly as you would when trying it in a shop;
- if the item shows signs of wear, scratches, perfume or moisture, we have the right to reduce the refund by the amount the item has lost in value;
- the direct costs of returning the item are borne by the buyer, unless we sent you the wrong item or a defective one;
- after submitting the withdrawal notice, the item must be returned within 14 days at the latest. We will send you the return address together with the confirmation e-mail;
- we refund the money to the same payment method the payment was made with, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice at the latest. We have the right to withhold the refund until the item has reached us or you have provided proof that it has been sent back;
- we also refund the delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the one we offer, we will reimburse the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method.
- Where the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- made-to-order items produced to your measurements, wishes or design. This includes, for example, a harness made to measure and a wine glass holder with your own text. These items are made for you alone and cannot be resold;
- purchases made by a legal person. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e. private individuals buying outside their business or professional activity.
If something is wrong with a made-to-order item, for example the size does not fit or the item has a defect, please write to ifku@ifku.ee. We will find a solution.
