The online store IFKU.EE (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by O\u00dc Ifku (registry code 16844390), located at Vana-P\u00e4rnu mnt 13, N\u00f5mme district, Tallinn, Harju county 11614.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    These terms of sale apply to purchases made in the Online Store.<\/p>

    The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are shown next to each product. A delivery charge is added to the price.<\/p>

    The delivery charge depends on the buyer\u2019s location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery charge is shown to the buyer at checkout. Information about each product is presented in the Online Store next to the product itself.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      To order, add the products you want to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount is then displayed on screen and can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.<\/p>

      The contract enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store\u2019s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer is notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) is refunded, as a rule within 1\u20132 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days to arrive. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of handover and that becomes apparent within two years of the goods being handed over to the buyer. During the first year after handover it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of handover. It is the Online Store\u2019s obligation to rebut this presumption.<\/p>

        If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to ifku@ifku.ee.<\/p>

        The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods were handed over as a result of the consumer\u2019s action or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.), or for normal wear and tear caused by ordinary use.<\/p>

        If goods bought from the Online Store have a defect for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments made under the sales contract.<\/p>

        The Online Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent by e-mail to ifku@ifku.ee.<\/p>

          If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer\u2019s complaint is free of charge.<\/p>
