Right of return:<\/p><ul><li>Under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/li><li>The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>2. Made-to-order items:<\/p><ul><li>Please note that made-to-order items (for example items designed to your wishes or with personalised details) cannot be returned.<\/li><li>Made to order means the item was created specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>3. The return process:<\/p><ul><li>Send us your return request by e-mail to ifku@ifku.ee, stating the order number and the reason (if needed).<\/li><li>The item must be sent via a parcel machine to the address we send you in our reply.<\/li><li>The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, unless the fault is ours (for example the wrong item or a defective one).<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>4.
